How do I prepare and take the Bach Flower Remedies?

From The Facebook Picture of The Bach Centre

This is the link to the Bach Centre that explains the 1) straight from the concentrate bottle method and  the 2)  in a glass of water method, as well as the 3) in a treatment bottle method of preparing and taking the remedies..

Mixing, or, Treatment Bottle

What I want to concentrate on in this post is the third method of preparation: the in a treatment bottle method.  It is a very simple proecess after your first go at it. I want to descrsibe it for you in my words to hopefully take the mystique out of this cost saving,  equally effective way to prepare the remedies for yourself and your friends and family and pets and plants.

BOTTLES OF CONCENTRATE VS TREATMENT BOTTLES
Bottle of Concentrate

You can buy both a bottle of concentrated remedy on-line or at your health food store (it comes in  10 ml and 20 ml  size bottles of each of the 38 flower remedies)  and then you can purchase also a 30 ml "dropper" bottle or what we in the U.S. usually call a "treatment " bottle in which you put 2 drops each of whatever concentrated remedy(ies) you choose and then finish filling this treatment bottle with mineral water.  Considering that there are 240 drops of concentrated flower remedy  in each 20 ml bottle you can see the cost saving that this method provides.
Rescue Remedy Concentrate

Of this treatment mixture you take a minimum of 4 drops 4 times per day. Viola! Harmony and balance are just 4 drops 4 times a day away. Who would believe?  Lots of us all over the globe are very happy receivers and believers! Enjoy!

I will cover several of these "pieces' in more depth in upcoming posts. Let me know if you have any questions.

(As always, Rescue Remedy, the international top-selling natural stress reliever, is distinguished in the Bach Flower Remedy system as being the only officially sanctioned combination that Dr. Bach allowed to be sold together in one bottle for one specific situation.. More in a following post concerning this difference.)
