Hectic Holidays? Too Much To Do? Elm Can Help

Elm is the Bach Flower Remedy that is found to ease the pressure that an accomplished, capable person starts to feel when all of a sudden they are not feeling accomplished and capable anymore BECAUSE they start finding that they feel that they are in over their heads.

The holiday season will rarely leave most of us feeling calm and on top of it for the entire duration.  Maybe it's  a really difficult year, problems at work and the whole family coming to stay with you. The pressure rises, your heart drops, you start to feel anxious or testy or depressed? Well, the proper remedy at the proper time can ease you back into your best self in just a few sips or drops per day.

For situations that are likely to produce the need for Elm, often you just need to add 2 drops to a glass of water that you sip throughout a day or two and you will be back to your best self.

At other times if  it is a situation, for example,  where you have a project added to your regular work load that has a deadline set 3 months in advance, then I would recommend the dropper bottle method so that you could use the treatment as cost effectively as possible. Take the Elm daily (4 drops 4 times per day) until that crunch is over.

Looking at this treatment from the perspective of the cost for value we see that:

for three weeks (which is  the usual rate in which a treatment bottle is used up) that would come to 4 treatment bottles for three months (12 weeks equals 3 months ). Thatcomes to add up to 8 drops of the Elm that you will use out of the 240 drops that are  in a bottle of concentrate. As you can see from this example, the value  for the cost of one bottle of concentrate is TREMENDOUS.

Be sure to send me any questions you might have. and

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
