Have you been getting signals for days that "you are coming down with something"?
Today I want to Pay Attention to CONSCIOUSNESS, or, put more simply, PAYING ATTENTION.
First, about those signals for days that you "are not your best self" :
the sooner that blip on the screen that you are not feeling your best self becomes the desktop picture instead of the screen saver, the better. The better because the sooner you start treating whatever it is, the "smaller" it is to treat (see the logic here?) and the faster it will be resolved.
Consciousness. Paying Attention.
Step One toward superior good health.
When I start to notice that I am not feeling my best--
noticing my tiredness is excessive,
my nose is starting to drip,
my throat is becoming scratchy,
an ear is starting to block,
I am beginning to feel achy,
I am acting edgy,
hungry,
angry,
lonely,
tired,
I try to remember to Stop, Pay Attention, and Decide.

vitamins?
immune system boosters?
cut out an activity?
get to bed earlier?
eat a meal instead of skipping it?
let go of a resentent?
call a friend?

my vitamin and flower remedy and tea corner |
I pull out and start taking a particular Bach Flower Remedy that I know will support me as I go through some particular stress or crisis or am merely feeling "too much of the same old same old". I have Stopped, Paid Attention and Decided how to start getting back to my best self.
Rescue Remedy, Mimulus, Aspen, Cherry Plum, Elm, Hornbeam, Heather, Holly, Willow, Olive, Wild Oat to name a few are some of the Original Bach Flower Remedies that might fit the situations I just listed.
Dr. Bach: "I want the remedies to be so commonly used that to choose Mimulus for one's self would be as simple as when one says I am hungry and would go to the garden for some lettuce. " (paraphrase)
